rp55t Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "rp55t", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the rp55t online betting and casino platform, accessible at rp55t.cam, and all services, features, games, and content made available thereon.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses an Account on the rp55t Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered user account held by a Player on the rp55t Platform.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions, including any annexes, addenda, or supplementary rules incorporated by reference.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole functional currency of all transactions on the rp55t Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any game, sporting event, draw, or other outcome made available through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by rp55t to Players, subject to promotion-specific terms.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process conducted by rp55t in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
• "AML" means anti-money laundering policies, procedures, and obligations applicable to rp55t's international operations.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, session time-out controls, and self-exclusion mechanisms available to Players through the Platform.

By completing the rp55t account registration process, accessing the Platform, placing any Wager, or claiming any Bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with rp55t's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the rp55t Platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on rp55t, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rp55t strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will conduct age verification as part of the KYC process. Use of the Platform by individuals under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia, or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under applicable law and must not be acting under any form of legal disability.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, issued by rp55t or any other licensed gaming operator.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts must be registered and operated by the individual named during registration.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or agent of rp55t, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless rp55t has provided explicit written consent permitting such participation.

rp55t reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of any eligibility criterion will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and any outstanding balance may be withheld pending resolution.

To access the full range of rp55t services, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as required. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

Identity Verification (KYC): rp55t conducts full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. You will be required to submit the following documents, in clear legible copies:

• A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or passport;
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent official document);
• Where applicable, documentation evidencing the source of funds used for deposits.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rp55t will never ask you to disclose your password. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify rp55t support immediately at [email protected].

Single Account Policy: Each person may hold only one registered Account. Where rp55t identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether identified by shared device, IP address, payment method, or identity document — rp55t reserves the right to consolidate, suspend, or permanently close all such accounts and to void any outstanding wagers or bonuses.

All deposits on the rp55t Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rp55t accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• Local bank transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Permata;
• Digital e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to your rp55t account within 1–5 minutes during standard banking hours. Processing times during public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day) may be extended. E-wallet deposits are generally processed within 60 seconds.

Own-Name Requirement: All deposits must originate from a payment account (bank account or e-wallet) registered in your own name, matching the name on your rp55t Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though rp55t may request additional source-of-funds documentation for large single deposits at its discretion.

rp55t does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which rp55t accepts no responsibility.

Players may request withdrawals to a bank account or e-wallet registered in their own name, subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• The withdrawal destination account must match the name on the Player's rp55t Account and the identity document submitted during KYC;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements associated with the account balance must be satisfied in full before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–6 hours during standard operating hours (24/7 WIB, UTC+7). Complex cases requiring additional AML review may take up to 3 business days. rp55t will notify the Player if an extended review is required.

Withdrawal Channel: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative channel subject to additional identity checks. rp55t does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts, shared accounts, or accounts in a name other than the registered account holder's name.

rp55t offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins on selected slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and major football tournaments including the FIFA World Cup and Piala AFF.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) that must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period applicable to each bonus are disclosed at the time the offer is presented. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

Bonus Abuse: rp55t maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; placing low-risk or arbitrage bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements while minimizing genuine market exposure; and colluding with other Players to share bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is detected, rp55t reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel outstanding wagers, and permanently close the Account.

Eligibility: Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. rp55t reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The rp55t Platform offers sports betting (including football markets such as bandar bola (football bookmaking), mix parlay accumulators, and voor bola (Asian Handicap) lines), live casino games, slot gacor titles, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) live streams. Each product category is governed by additional product-specific rules published on the relevant section of the Platform.

Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by rp55t. rp55t reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Bets are confirmed only upon receipt of an on-screen confirmation and the deduction of the stake from the Player's account balance.

Errors and Manifest Mistakes: In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcome data, or payout calculation — whether caused by a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — rp55t reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players. rp55t will notify affected Players as promptly as practicable.

Abandonment and Postponement: rp55t applies industry-standard rules for abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled sporting events. In general, if a match does not commence within 24 hours of the originally scheduled kick-off time, all bets on that fixture will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport and competition are available in the Platform's betting rules documentation.

Collusion and Match-Fixing: Any Player found to have engaged in collusion, use of insider information, or participation in match-fixing activities will have their Account immediately suspended, all outstanding wagers voided, and all balances withheld pending investigation. rp55t cooperates with relevant international sports integrity bodies in reporting suspicious betting patterns.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rp55t Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in doing so;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological tools to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or undisclosed vulnerabilities in any game or betting system;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after wagers have been settled;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rp55t staff or other Platform users;
• Any conduct that rp55t, acting reasonably, determines to be dishonest, fraudulent, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

All content on the rp55t Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rp55t or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the rp55t Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without rp55t's prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of rp55t's intellectual property — including the use of the rp55t brand name or logo in any third-party website, application, or marketing material — will be pursued under applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rp55t excludes all liability — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the rp55t Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill;
• Platform downtime, technical faults, or service interruptions — whether caused by scheduled maintenance, infrastructure failures, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party banks or payment providers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or others);
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;
• Changes to games, odds, markets, or promotions made in accordance with these Terms.

Where rp55t's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, rp55t's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to rp55t in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rp55t's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

rp55t reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rp55t will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date, and will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the contact details on file.

Your continued use of the rp55t Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

rp55t also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform — including games, payment channels, promotional offers, and feature availability — at any time, with or without notice, subject to your rights in respect of confirmed wagers and existing balances.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp55t is incorporated and licensed for international operations. rp55t operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and complies with the AML and player protection standards of its licensing jurisdiction.

Players accessing the rp55t Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Indonesian law and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure compliance with locally applicable regulations. rp55t makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

Any dispute between a Player and rp55t that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support escalation process will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Players agree to waive any right to pursue class-action litigation against rp55t in any court of any jurisdiction.
