In this Privacy Policy, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless context requires otherwise:

• "rp55t", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the rp55t online betting and casino Platform accessible at rp55t.cam and all associated services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses an Account on the rp55t Platform.
• "Personal Data" means any information that identifies or could reasonably be used to identify a living individual, directly or in combination with other data.

At the end of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted from all active systems and backup archives. Where deletion is not technically feasible in a specific backup medium prior to the next scheduled purge cycle, the data is quarantined and access-restricted until deletion occurs.

rp55t uses cookies and similar technologies — including local storage objects and session tokens — to operate and improve the Platform. The following categories of cookies are deployed:

rp55t implements a multi-layered security architecture to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, and disclosure. Our technical and organizational security measures include:

• Right to rectification: If any Personal Data rp55t holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that it be corrected. For certain data categories (such as KYC identity information), correction requests will require submission of updated supporting documentation.
• Right to erasure: You may request the deletion of Personal Data that rp55t no longer has a legal basis to retain. Note that data subject to AML or regulatory retention obligations cannot be deleted until the applicable retention period has expired, as set out in Section 7 above.
• Right to restrict processing: You may request that rp55t restricts processing of your Personal Data to storage only while a correction or erasure request is being assessed, or while you contest the legal basis for processing.
• Right to withdraw consent: Where rp55t processes your data on the basis of consent (for example, optional promotional communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

rp55t will respond to all data rights requests within 30 calendar days of receipt and identity verification. Where a request is complex or we receive a high volume of simultaneous requests, we may extend this period by a further 60 days with prior written notice to you.

The rp55t Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and over. rp55t does not knowingly collect, store, or process Personal Data relating to any individual under the age of 21.

Age verification is conducted as a mandatory component of the KYC process prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Where rp55t has reasonable grounds to believe that an Account is being used by an individual under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended, all pending wagers voided, and all Personal Data associated with the Account reviewed. If underage use is confirmed, the Account will be permanently closed and the matter referred to our compliance team.
